Which of these two telescopes seem to be the best for a beginner?
I found two telescopes, and I would like to know your opinion on what it would be a better use for a beginner. These are the two I'm looking at: Barska 300 Power – 40,070 StarWatch Compact Refractor Telescope Celestron PowerSeeker 60 Here are the details of each telescope article: 300 Barska Power – Compact Refractor 40,070 StarWatch: Objective lens diameter 70 mm interchangeable power increase 2 300x Refractor eyepieces and 3x Barlow cover system with the optical view finder for convenient 5×24 Ideal for amateur astronomers and aspiring Includes tripod table carrying case and software Celestron PowerSeeker 60 Telescope: Ideal for beginners and children resistant 50 mm refractor telescope design provides objective lens optimum light allowance Alt-azimuth mount includes rack and pinion focusing, tripod accessory tray, and-in-the-dark stickers glow please let me know what looks best, thanks!
I do not recommend any of these viewers to anyone. Both are a size too small and too poorly done to be worthy of any loss of money, cheap toys, basically, as a child. A better option would be StarBlast Orion: If this is too much money, consider buying a good pair of 7×50 or 10×50 binoculars in place.
