Where can I find modules to use the laboratory instruments for a course in astronomy?

I am a professor of astronomy seeking to create a session in the evening observation component for my class. But I do not have many ideas about what kind of things I can do with telescopes. Maybe someone took a course in telescopes or know of a place where I can find information about it.
