My telescope does most of the objects look blurry? Here's more information about it.?
Last night I was trying to veiw the nebula Horsehead in the constellation of Orion, however, everything appeared as a blur of light nothing compared to what to look accualy like. Here 's some information on my telescope. Bushnell, series of deep space 420×60 refractor telescope. Im not sure if its me or this piece of garbage telescope. I do not think I am, because although I kno the location of the Horsehead nebula. But if the telescope, where I can buy a nice telescope for a decent price (now the battery savings so you can not get anything too expensive)? The telescope was veiwing last night was a gift so I'm not sure where my grandfather has it.
I regret to tell you this, but you do not have a range of very good quality. In the 60's and 70's Bushnell used some good optics and who gave the name of a good reputation, but no longer the case. That is also a pretty small telescope. The Horsehead Nebula is one of the hardest things to see clearly in the sky, even more appeture areas. Weather conditions should be nearly perfect. Its small scope will never be able to see nothing but a blur. You can see a lot of things with a smaller but just do not get discouraged at the moment. The moon is a big challenge for small scopes. Here Atlas is a large moon to know what you're seeing. Http://www.google.com/moon/ You can also see Jupiter and its four largest moons. You should see some color bands on the disk of Jupiter too. You can see Saturn and its rings. The phases of Venus. Binary stars, clusters of stars. space objects deep Fuzzys only faint. http://www.stellarium.org/ This is a free program that can show exactly what you see in your sky. You tell it where it is and show you what you see. It's fantastic. I use it all the time. I'd recommend that you join a local astronomy club Astronomical Society before consider purchasing a new scope. You will be able to attend star parties and see first hand all the different types and sizes of the areas available. Most clubs have given fields and you will find a lot of good people who love to help you get the most out of your area apply in the holiday stars the participation of their fields of application with you too. I'm a fan of Orion. I will only buy from Orion. Http: / / www.oriontelescopes.com/ Above all, astronomy requires much patience. Do not be discouraged. Tonight could be a terrible night for viewing, but tomorrow might be the best night in years.
