The revolving Earth has a centrifugal force exerted from its revolving axis, its tangential forces acted on different point in the primary forced vortex on Earth would result a consistence differential force that drives this primary forced vortex from the surface in the viscous mass. This revolving axis is the secondary axis of a singular vortex mechanism for a polar vortex. Earth revolves around the Sun in orbit on a revolving axis, has a parallel revolution axis on Earth that is tipped over at an angle of 23.5° from the rotating axis, this subjects polar vortex to seasonal variations.
