Based
on the model of Universal
Vortical Singularity, the phenomenon of expanding universe
could be a localized vortical event caused by the effects of an Ultra
vortex (hypothetical); the observable universe is not expanding in
the metric expansion of space, it is a time-dilated observation for aether
vortical motion of the entire physical universe in a process of vortex dilation
(expansion) in isotropy that is optimally balanced with vortical implosion
(contraction) as a result of an emerged Ultra vortex where the observable universe
is located. This is a synergetic of vortical expansion and vortical contraction
in absolute
time and space. This is the ultimate complexly inversed illusion caused
by the paradoxical effect of Universal
Vortical Singularity in the Universe;
the ultimate paradoxical effect.
From the
perspective of Universal Vortical Singularity, although the Big Bang postulation
on space itself expands with time everywhere under gravitational effect is equivalent
in principle to vortex dilation, qualitatively it is not how nature does this
process in a complexly inverse manner.
Hypothetically,
based on the
model of Universal Vortical Singularity, those 10 million super cluster
of galaxies on their enormous super galactic spheroids are on an Ultra
vortex revolving around an Ultra galactic center. In a progressive harmonic
series, the progressive order of cosmic vortical structure with the harmonic
vortices on their spheroids from a higher order of a hypothetical vortical
system, is in the order of Ultra galaxy cluster (hypothetical), galaxy
superclusters, local galaxy clusters, main galaxies and dwarf galaxies.

Presuming
the hypothesis on expanding universe to be correct according to observation
on red shift of starlight based on Doppler
effect, and based on unisonal vortex mechanism assuming the hypothetical
Ultra vortex is in a process of intensifying with its vortex eye and vortex
rings in accretion disc are opening up, the Ultra accretion disc will expand
from the center proportionally outward while all galaxies are revolving around
the widening Ultra galactic center in a center seeking manner, the relative
movements of every star is in an amazing stage of equilibrium
that is receding from each other at almost proportional velocities. From the
perspective of Earth in time dilated observation, the scenario would be all
galaxies are receding from Earth and from each other at almost proportional
velocities, those distant galaxies would also recede from Earth at almost proportional
velocities in clusters relative to the speed of the vortex expansion, it would
locally appear as if that Earth is the center of the Universe expansion.
Need
a good animation to illustrate the vectors of the following vortical
model suggested, meanwhile, would have to depend on imagination to
visualize it.
In a controlled experiment of whirlpool with a layer of thin foam
on surface of water, a phenomenon that has similarity in fluid dynamics
could be observed; while water on the surface is apparently spiraling
inward to an opening vortex eye of an intensifying whirlpool, the
lighter density foam floated around the vortex eye would recede at
almost proportional velocities in a radial manner away from the vortex
center. In a displacement process the lighter foam on surface
of water are cyclonically pushed out in a radial manner by a vortical
effect on the spiral
arms in these furrows surrounding and revolving around the vortex
eye. The suggested experiment is for illustration purpose only.

This
animation on right is the satellite pictures of the polar
vortex of Saturn at north pole. First observed by the Voyager 1 probe
in the 1980s, the hexagon cloud feature has been sighted still by the
Cassini probe. Unlike the polar vortex of Earth on stratosphere that emerges
and dissipates on a seasonal basis, the polar vortex of Saturn
is a long-lived feature. Based on Universal Vortical Singularity, unisonal
vortex on a suspended spheroid could be intensified by external focused
gravity of surrounding suspended spheroids in a torque-induced precession
that can cause the vortex to expand. This would be a scenario of an observable
expansion for unisonal vortex on a localized perception, the expansion
phenomenon observed is a silhouette similar to expanding polar vortex
of this gas giant that has occurred on a high altitude surface in its

A
dissipated Ultra vortex releasing a compacted collection of galaxies would also
render a scenario of all galaxies are receding from Earth and from each other
at velocities proportional to distance. However, a center with dense galaxies
from where the expansion is occurring would have been very obvious and therefore
should be easily spotted, but this does not seem to be the case, it also does
not fit into what was known after effects of gravitational
field that deflect light is taken into consideration. Furthermore, satellite
galactic vortices of all harmonic generations would have to be dissipated before
the dominating Ultra galactic vortex would disperse; this is not the case. This
would be a scenario similar to dissipated
galactic vortex of giant elliptical galaxy ESO 325-G004 that has thousands
of globular clusters revolving around it; a globular
cluster infers that its undulating satellite galactic vortex had dissipated
and therefore it is no longer active in evolving new stars.
Hypothetically,
based on the model
of Universal Vortical Singularity, physical universe is vortically weaved
on an Ultra vortex, and unisonal vortex is initiated by torque-free precession
and forms in an outward-in imploding process, with a comparative analysis of
vortical dynamics that is similar for atmospheric polar vortex as well as a
galactic vortex are emerged in an apparently instantaneous consolidating manner
through unisonal motion, Ultra vortex would similarly have emerged almost instantaneously
in a connected oneness in its universal viscous matter. If the conjecture that
the external ring with a span of 150,000 light-years across Cartwheel galaxy
had evolved almost instantaneous, then the hypothetical age of the physical
universe is about 13.7 billion years is also a myth. The furthest distant
galaxies did not take 13.7 billion years to reach there in a cosmic explosion,
primordially they were vortically weaved in a spontaneous manner around an external
observable vortex ring of the Ultra vortex that was dilating. The furthest galaxy
Abell 1835 IR1916 is observed near the CMBR boundary is believed to be a
sight when the Universe was merely 500 million years young, this is a scientific
evidence that at 13.2 billion years ago that furthest galaxy was already at
that location and had developed to a galaxy of significant size over a period
of 500 million years since the Big Bang; the Big Bang model that suggests Universe
was created in an explosion from a small hot ball is logically fallacious. If
the expansion of space brought that galaxy there in 500 million years in time
dilated image of the primodial galaxy, then it would not be able to appear at
that location in that 13.2 billion year timeline.
This Big
Bang model postulation is inconsistence in its logical framework, although in
its hypothetical construct it is mathematically valid, it is logically erroneous,
and therefore is unthinkable; no thought experiment could work for such scenario.
Put on a logic thinking cap and ask the question on how can the time dilated
image with a 500 million years young scenario of that primodial galaxy appear
at the 13.2 billion year timeline in a Big Bang expansion; it is simply impossible.
Although one can present in analytical logic with mathematical proof that it
could take 500 million year for that galaxy to travel at superluminal speed
to a distance of 13.2 billion light year in the expansion of space, this is
not what it has been empirically observed in the Universe; this reasoning is
not logically valid at all in a reality check.
It
is only logical to think that at 13.2 billion years ago, that distant galaxy
was already formed there at that location. In absolute time it would have travelled
to a further location according to its trajectory. The concept-based expansion
of space in the Big Bang model is logically fallacious. See a

The comoving
distance from Earth to the edge of the visible universe (also called cosmic
light horizon) is about 14 billion parsecs (46 billion light-years) in any direction.
This defines a lower limit on the comoving radius of the observable universe,
although as noted in the introduction, it's expected that the visible universe
is somewhat smaller than the observable universe since we only see light from
the cosmic microwave background radiation that was emitted after the time of
recombination, giving us the spherical surface of last scattering (gravitational
waves could theoretically allow us to observe events that occurred earlier than
the time of recombination, from regions of space outside this sphere). The visible
universe is thus a sphere with a diameter of about 28 billion parsecs (about
92 billion light-years). Since
outer space is roughly flat, this size corresponds to a comoving volume

If
the universe is formed in an explosion from a primordial hot and dense initial
condition of a small hot ball as postulated with the Big Bang theory, the dynamics
of explosion should be in a spherical expansion manner, this does not conform
to the observable universe that appears to be flat and highly curved.

UVS
predicts that the observable universe was expanding as a result of a vortical
chain reaction in the effects of vortically intensified
Ultra vortex.
In localized
scenarios of contracting satellite vortices in an expanding Ultra vortex, affected
jet streams (spokes
and spiral arms) of an expanding Ultra vortex under several conditions
could cause all galaxies in a local group to consolidate in a series of vortical
contraction and expansion. A possible scenario is when a galaxy group is moving
further away from its driving vortex ring, jet stream or spiral arm when accretion
disc of the Ultra vortex expands, as a result it gradually spiral further away
from the driving force in the expansion of these vortex rings, centrifugal force
of the satellite cosmic vortex acting on a local galaxy group would be relatively
reduced, under constant centripetal force counteracting the reducing centrifugal
force in accretion disc of the local galaxy group, the galaxies in it will gradually
consolidate vortically and they thus move nearer to each other towards a common
revolving center. This could explain why the galaxies in Local
Group is drawing closer to each other while all other galaxies appeared
to be receding and distant galaxies are receding at higher velocity proportion
to distant. A distant galaxy group that is consolidating in its local vortical
system would also be appearing as receding from Earth in the universal vortical
expansion. If evidence is found for other nearby galaxy groups in ad hoc locations
that some galaxy groups are also contracting would support this hypothesis.
However,
these phenomena are time dilated observation that had occurred in the past,
the actual circumstances in absolute
space and time
could be another scenario that is yet to be seen under the limit of light speed.
The contraction of local galaxy group is an evidence that the Universe could
be contracting from at least ten million years ago, the expanding Universe phenomenon
is a relatively time dilated observation of the past event in a progressive
timeline as long as 13.2 billion years ago; the entire Universe could be contracting
at the current stage in absolute time. In a localized scenario from Earth we
could be observing the initial stage of contracting Universe in a Doppler effect.
If evidence
is found that only our local galaxy group is contracting it would support
this hypothesis, if evidence is found that other galaxy groups in a specific
timeline
around Earth that are beyond local group are all contracting, it would infers
that the event of contracting Universe had began from at least that timeline.

In
absolute space and time, what observed to be a phenomenon of expanding Universe
is a progressive time dilated image of the Universe; the actual scenario in
absolute time is negated by time dilation effect and in a cognitive paradox
of negated absolute time the observation would be rendered in a complexly inversed
illusion.
Based
on the UVS model that the observable vortical universe had emerged on an Ultra
vortex, the vortical dilation of the expanding Ultra vortex that carries clusters
of galaxy was decelerating in absolute time after the Universe had emerged
vortically
via the accretion mechanism.
Limited by light speed the optical observation of the Universe is negated by
time dilation effect, the galaxies in a nearer timeline from Earth would therefore
paradoxically appear to be receding at lower velocity than those distant galaxies
at a further timeline, this would render an optical illusion in time dilated
image that the Universe was expanding in acceleration. If the Universe was vortically
expanding in acceleration, the time dilated effect would paradoxically render
the observation of the Universe to be expanding in deceleration instead.

predicts that the observable Universe was expanding in deceleration.

on UVS, the expansion astronomers have observed is merely a silhouette
in an isolated event of a whole vortical framework; a localized event.
An
intensified tropical cyclone that therefore is expanding vortically is
a localized event on a whole framework of Earth that is experiencing a
precession effect caused by its solar system counterparts. In vortical
interactions, the space between the vortical consolidated clouds is expanding,
every cloud cluster would recede at a rate proportional to distance from
all cloud clusters in the expansion event, however, the Earth that is
part of the mechanism of the whole framework that transfer this expanding
effect is not expanding. The motion of solar system objects has translated
to a localized vortical expansion event on an atmospheric layer of Earth
we could observe as an expanding tropical cyclone, made visible with vortical
cloud clusters levitated on the atmospheric layer.

Certainly
we would not consider it as Earth is expanding just because the vortex eye of
a cyclone on it is expanding in a vortex dilation process, which is a silhouette
of a localized phenomenon caused by an invisible atmospheric vortex, only a
portion of the vortex with clouds caught on it have thus rendered it visible.
Likewise, phenomenon of expanding universe could be a localized cosmic event
of an expanding vortex eye driven in perpetual motion of an Ultra vortex in
a vortical dilation process on surface of the Ultra plasmatic spheroid. Space
is absolute and therefore it does not expand.
We
have not seen the entire Universe
yet; the expanding universe phenomenon is probably a mere firework illuminating
the silhouette of a locally intensified and expanding Ultra vortex of the vortical
universe in perpetual motion.
