Universal Vortical Singularity enlightenment on mist

Mist phenomenon is caused by a rapid change in altitude of a lower cloud level atmosphere, and that causes atmospheric temperature to change rapidly and results in condensation when the humidity of the atmosphere is high. These changes in altitude of the atmosphere level is mainly as a result of gravity influence from solar system alignment when Earth rotates. Along equator, altitude of the atmosphere level is higher, mist therefore usually took place after sunset and before sunrise when the surface temperature of Earth is cooler. After Sun has risen, altitude for the atmosphere rises, surface temperature of Earth is also raised by heat of sunlight, these effects cause condensed liquid water to rise and therefore mist disappears.

On higher land much above sea level, it is nearer to the lower cloud level, where humidity is high, mist could occur easily. Towards the poles altitude of the atmosphere level are lower, when there is a strong solar system alignment that has lowered the altitude of atmosphere significantly to the extend that lower cloud level is on surface of Earth, then mist in the form of cloud would just be floating on surface of Earth.
