Universal Vortical Singularity enlightenment on tidal bore and tidal wave

Based on unisonal vortex mechanism, the phenomenon of tidal bore is related to two types of unisonal vortex, it can be caused by a huge clear air vortex, or by a vortex of molten matter propagating seismic waves underneath Earth's crust that have resonated in large volume of open water.

These different types of tidal bores have one characteristic in common for their fundamental cause, they are triggered by focused gravities of a solar system alignment in favor of equinox. The tidal bore phenomenon is part of a huge whirlpool, is a vortex of vortexes formed by a torque-free precession on viscous matter of Earth caused by a torque-induced precession on Earth by external focused gravities of a solar system alignment, these effects would spawn vortexes through several layers of viscous matter with vortices that have a common center of equilibrium in molten matter layers, water and atmospheric layers. Tidal bore events are known to be associated with earthquakes and tropical cyclones.

It is known and predictable that tidal bore events are triggered seasonally, can be triggered many times over several days around equinox when solar system alignment for Sun, Earth and Moon has occurred on the plane of ecliptic. Refer to The fundamental of unisonal vortex mechanism for detailed explanation on naturally occurred free vortex. See also do an interactive experiment to understand torque-free precession. Tidal bore in Qiantang

Earth is with different types of
viscous matter over many layers.

While tidal bore events are known to occur all year round, nevertheless, it is interesting to note that tidal bore events are more spectacular and strongest in places for northern hemisphere such as Qiantang river in China during autumn equinox in September, in places for southern hemisphere such as Amazon river in Brazil during spring equinox in March. The inclination of Earth's orbit would have shifted the focus point of precession effect on a different latitude of Earth for spring and autumn equinox.

One minute time-lapsed image of a phenomenon similar to tidal bore had occurred in a reservoir on 04/05/08 @11:16 a.m.
The solar system alignment was Earth, moon, Sun and Venus were aligned. See a larger time-lapsed image.

It is not ruled out that this stabilized traversing wave pattern could be caused by seismic waves propagated from beneath the Earth's crust, seismic wave could also be caused by precession effect of a solar system alignment.

Unisonal vortex of huge atmospheric cyclonic clear air that causes tidal bore and storm surge

In open water during equinox the phenomenon of tidal bore can be expected to occur around full moon, these events were witnessed to have emerged as a line of tidal wave below collided weather fronts. It is known that some tidal bores are related to collision of the warm front with the cold front in open water that were observed to have cause this type of tidal bores. See a paper on "Circulation and Larval Distribution in Internal Tidal Bore Warm Fronts" by Jesus Pineda published by American Society of Limnology and Oceanography. This is a strong scientific evidence that a huge clear air vortex is formed just before the reported tidal bore event.

Tidal bore caused by clear air vortex can generate phenomenally spectacular tidal wave as tall as 30ft when the clear air vortex is moving in opposite direction from the flow of water in a river or moving tides. When tidal bore reaches shallow shore it would create rapidly rising tide and surging waves similar to storm surge caused by a tropical cyclone. A huge clear air vortex without presence of cloud is invisible, unlike a huge atmospheric vortex that have induced a visible tropical cyclone, with vortically consolidated clouds that have outlined the silhouette of its accretion disc, these swirling clouds make part of the atmospheric vortex visible on surface of the lower cloud level. The phenomenon of storm surge with huge waves is generated by vortrex on sea level is driven by a clear air vortex that induces a tropical cyclone. See a report on tidal bore associated with cyclone, this report has sensibly linked cyclone and storm surge with tidal bore. See also wave patterns on reservoir made by cyclonic storms.

The phenomenon of adjacent air streams at mid to top section of troposphere with the hot front and the cold front locked in the collision is as a result a vortical interactions that have opened the vortex eye of a huge clear air vortex and formed as a vortex column. The void in the vortex column would cause warmer and lower density atmosphere in a section of stratosphere on higher altitude to sink into the huge vortex column in displacement of relatively colder and higher density atmosphere on lower altitude. This could trigger a thermal-mechanics effect in a positive feedback loop in a relatively warmer sea as a thermal reservoir that can drive and sustain the huge clear air vortex for days. See an enlarged diagram for thermal-mechanics effect.

Strong gale winds causing flood tide and low pressure cyclonic atmospheric depression were commonly reported in tidal bore events in some locations, are evidence of vortical winds in a vortical column of a huge clear air vortex. Gale winds can be vortically formed around the vortex column wall of an invisible clear air vortex, and the low pressure in cyclonic atmospheric depression is vortically caused by the displaced atmosphere in the vortex column. A huge clear air vortex can drive a vortrex on sea level and causes storm surge and surging waves.

Storm surge with surging wave is similar to tidal wave and can be formed in a vortical air column of vortrex with an upward spiraling jet of air stream caused in a vortically bounced up effect by the angular momentum of air mass vortically culminated at the bottom of the clear air vortex column. This phenomenon of a vortrex is similar to dust devil and dust storm that are also driven by the same vortical force dynamics. Image on right is strong gale winds of Beaufort wind force scale number 12 that was making towering waves at sea.

Gale winds with towering waves

Unisonal vortex of molten matter propagating seismic waves
that cause tidal bore and tidal wave

Based on unisonal vortex mechanism seismic waves transferred from rumbling vortex of molten matter formed underneath Earth's crust in a torque-free precession effect as mild earthquake vibration can resonate on the surface of ocean as a phenomenon of tidal bore, a characteristic for this type of tidal bore is the lack of winds throughout the event. A strong earthquake rumbling directly underneath the ocean cause by vortex of molten matter could trigger a tsunami, a phenomenon also similar to tidal bore with tidal wave but it can have a much larger arc line in global proportion with huge towering waves. Torque-induced precession acting on solid inner core of Earth can propagate seismic waves to rumble on surface of open water directly, in a gentle stable manner it would manifest as tidal bore, in violent jolts it would manifest as tsunami. See a topic on vortex of molten matter that could trigger earthquake and tsunami, and Tunguska event. Image on right illustrate the seismic waves propagation of an earthquake from an epicenter. Huge tsunami are known to be caused by dislodged tectonic plates.

Chinese spouting bowl
Tidal bore in Shubenacadie River
Close up image of a Turnagain Arm bore tide

The animation above on Chinese spouting bowl demonstrates that momentum in waves can be transferred from the bronze bowl and oscillates on surface of water at a resonant frequency that can vortically spin water out of its surface by overcoming its cohesion force and gravity. This ingenious bowl can create standing waves that spout water up to 3 feet high through vortical momentum spinning in water mass. Made from a bronze alloy from a foundry on the outskirts of Beijing, when the handles are rubbed by the palms of the hand, the bowl would begin to hum and vibrate, at audible resonant frequencies and felt in a rumble it can perpetually spout standing waves similar to the tidal wave phenomenon.

Image on above middle is tidal bore in Shubenacadie River on 26/10/06, Nova Scotia's largest river, take note of the circular wave patterns with big and small whirlpools in spiral arm clusters on the right side where water is rough, this scenario closely resembles a geographical terrain in Siberia. Solar system alignment was aligned Earth-Sun-Venus-Mars crossed with aligned Earth-Moon-Mercury-Jupiter and also crossed with aligned Saturn-Earth-Neptune.

Image on above right is a close up of a Turnagain Arm bore tide from the image below, take note of the vertically spouting water along the arc of the tidal bore, also take note of the circular wave patterns with big and small whirlpools in spiral arm clusters on the right side where water is rough. In the smooth surface water on the left, there are also vaguely visible homogeneous shallow whirlpools in cluster that seems to be in a relative steady state. The horizontal parallel lines in the smooth water were waves of an undulating driving force for this tidal bore.

Circular wave patterns with big and small whirlpools highlighted, spiral arms along the main arc are not highlighted.

The transversal wave animation on right with a small red ball simulates the molecule of water that moves in a circular path on the surface of a propagating wave. When the angular momentum of the vortically spinning cluster of water has overcome the cohesion of water and gravity in a torque-free precession effect, a breakoff portion of the vortically spinning cluster of water would be vortically hurl up into the air periodically in a cyclical manner. See do an interactive experiment to understand torque-free precession.

The Qiantang Tidal River Bore on 3rd Oct 1993
Solar system alignment on 03/10/1993 was aligned Jupiter-Sun-Earth crossed with aligned Mars-Mercury-Earth-Moon and also crossed with aligned Earth-Uranus-Neptune around September equinox.
The Qiantang Tidal River Bore: The largest tidal river bore in the world, China, can be 4m high, 3km wide and travel at speeds in excess of 15 mph. At certain locations reflected waves can reach 10m and the thunderous roar can be heard over an hour before its arrival. Tidal bore-watching festival by the Qiantang river is from the 17th day to the 19th day of the eight lunar month (around Sep 23 to 25). Tidal bore of Qiantang river are typically without gale winds throughout the event, this suggest the origin is more likely to be seismic waves propagation from vortex of molten matter that has occurred underneath Earth's crust in a precession effect.

Qiantang tidal river bore

Tidal bore-watching festival
Solar system alignment on 28/09/2007 was aligned Mercury-Earth-Moon crossed with
aligned Saturn-Venus-Earth around September equinox with Sun right on top at noon.

Turnagain Arm bore tide (which borders anchorage) has one of the largest tidal bores (was witnessed to be over 300km wide) in the world with waves at height of more than 30 feet. Image also show water have spout vertically upward in the inner arc.

On September 15, 2008, huge tidal waves in the Qiantang River are seen as typhoon Sinlaku affects the coastal Zhejiang province, Haining City, East China's Zhejiang Province. The solar system alignment very near to September Equinox was aligned Sun-Earth-Moon cross aligned with aligned Mars-Venus-Mercury-Earth.

Emulating tremor and earthquake events with precession effects that causes a tidal bore event on icy surface
Imagine if a tidal bore event occurs in a river where the surface has turned to a layer of ice, so instead of seeing the bore tide, a person standing on the icy surface would experience tremor instead, and if the tremor caused by the tidal bore is strong enough, the icy surface lifted and stressed by a surface seismic wave could crack. This surface seismic wave acting on the icy surface would be recorded as an oscillation of the ground with a seismometer, although this characteristic is similar to a type of earthquake cause by surface seismic waves, it would be isolated as a tidal bore event for it occurs on icy surface instead of Earth's crust. The transverse seismic wave could push and thrust a more movable cracked ice sheet to overlay on top or below another less movable ice sheet, the gradual thrusting process would force the ice sheet below to displace downward, when a critical stress level is reached for any part of these bent and stressed ice sheets, the ice sheet at stressed points could buckle in a progressive manner, causing snapping of the ice sheet in steps either in an upward or downward direction similar to a type of earthquake with severe vertical jolts caused by p-wave of vertically buckled tectonic plates, or in sideway horizontal direction similar to another type of most destructive earthquake for building structures with horizontal oscillating surface waves of interacting p-wave and s-wave on horizontally buckled tectonic plates.

However, even in a strong focused precession effect cause by solar system alignment, thrusting and causing tremendous stress on tectonic plates at a fault line, it might not reached a critical stress level for the tectonic plate to rupture during the strong precession event, consequently in another precession event that might be weaker, the tremendously stressed tectonic plate having reached the critical stress level would snap and cause a major jolting earthquake. Understanding precession effect by knowing orbital elements of solar systems objects although is a primary factor, nevertheless, understudying in detailed measurements for local circumstances of an earthquake prone area is also essential for accurate earthquake predictions. See a topic on earthquake, and earthquakes and volcano eruptions are associated with solar system alignment.
