A California wildfire - The burn of the century
Al Nino effect was blamed for a California wildfire that had raged for weeks and reduced everything to ashes in its wake, in the disaster thousands of houses were lost and many firefighters were among those who have perished in this burn of the century, the event was officially termed as "Act of God".

A twenty-five centuries old circular logic - "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?"

What had come first, chicken or the egg? This circular logic has been explored from all angles with all definitions by all cultures in all ways of looking at it through all great minds with over at least twenty-five centuries of debates, the puzzle was thought as could never be solved at all. There is a belief that if the experts cannot solve it, then no one else could. The chicken or the egg - From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Based on a concept of evolution in modern knowledge, through inductive reasoning that macroevolution happens and new animal species have evolved gradually; whatever laid the egg that had hatched into a first distinct chicken, that whatever is not a chicken by specific definition. The answer to this question according to its specifications, egg definitely had come first before the first chicken could be hatched. Specifically, this egg with an embryo of a chicken that had hatched into a first chicken is not an egg of chicken. There is a specific difference between the non-chicken egg and a chicken egg; i.e. chicken egg is laid by chicken.

We would never be able to travel back in time to find this out exactly, but this should not be a reason to falsify the concept that had fathomed a definite answer by inductive reasoning based on the theory of evolution supported with overwhelming evidence; the focus should be on the question that was written in specific terms. Nature doesn't involve in what or how those animal species were defined by the experts to make it convenient for isolation studies. All those terms and definitions were made up without a thorough understanding on how to segregate the species exactly, this is as a result of inherent limitations. The problems of this issue are with the definitions, however, this should not be used in a mixed up way to deny any answer in circular manners. The ways the chicken and egg issue was probed are very questionable, intellectual blockers were used just to deny any answer so as to sustain the belief for whatsoever reasons that the puzzle could not be solved. It did block all the bad answers with loose points, but it has blocked all answers entirely; that there is no point in trying to attempt any answer at all under such rhetorical refutes. At any point of an argument, to falsify an answer, any mean that could be used, would be used against any answer by contradicting it, often they were with incompatible references, be it the concept of evolution itself, an established knowledge or hypothesis, an excerpt from a holy book, any philosophy, and even ambiguity of the definitions were also used; these are evaluation carried out on illogical basis fenced up with selective rules to critically suppress any answer that is forwarded to resolve the circular logic.

It is illogical to expect a definite answer to be consistence when the questions are put forth in opposite ways with ambiguous definitions on the chicken and egg issue; it could never have a definite answer to the non-consistent question. It is illogical to think that by cracking this chicken and egg sequence it should also be able to find the answer to creation of life, and hence has expected the answer to be something that is more sophisticated and complex. Attached to this notion, simple straight answer that does not fit the bracket is not even considered as authentic with fixed mindset.

Even by changing the definitions in any way for this issue, it would still have a precedent and therefore would still have a definite answer to it; an egg laid by a chicken is a chicken egg is regardless of whatever it hatches into. Therefore if the question goes "Which came first, the chicken or the chicken egg?" then the definite answer is chicken had to come first. It is true that at no point was a "chicken egg" created from a distinct "non-chicken" species, but this is not a relevant reason at all for refuting the answer, this could never have happened by its own definitions. A "non-chicken" of course would not have laid a "chicken egg", so this cannot be the reason to deny the definite answer; it was not relevant to the issue at all, it merely confuses the issue by stating a fact in a bewildering manner that seems to be a highly sophisticated concept that contradicts all answers with an irrelevant fact put forth in an abstract manner. Distinct or not is in the depth of its definitions and the integrity of it, there were never any absolutely distinct differences nor were there any absolutely distinct commons in the macroevolution of animal species.

An analogy for the puzzle that is caused by the chicken and egg issue, is the concept of time, in the philosophical idea of absolute time, time has never began, neither would it end. There is no smallest limit of a shortest moment nor is there a finite point of longest period for time, it is how finite intervals are defined then its existence becomes apparent through the concept of time. These limits were created as a mean to measure the intervals of a transient moment under localized circumstances for quantifying the motion of object; the conceptual existence of time is paradoxically created in a hypothetical coordinate system that has no physical significance.

The vortex legacy of Albert Einstein - From the perspective of Universal Vortical Singularity

Albert Einstein had pursued relentlessly throughout his life in an attempt to find and develop a concept based on theoretical physics in a single model to explain all fundamental interactions of nature; in the light of intellectual enlightenment to fully explain and link together in a single universal model for all known physical phenomena in physical universe. This notion of intellectual enlightenment advocated by Einstein was expressed in a distinct statement as quoted below, see a topic on "Logic and belief systems" that elaborates on this statement. Although the rotational frame-dragging effect based on spacetime curvature concept in Einstein's theory of general relativity has correctly explained and could mechanically account for the force dynamics of tropical cyclone, supercell, tornado and the alikes (Asserted in the light of unisonal vortex mechanism and cyclonic gravity field effect, rotational frame-dragging is a cyclonic effect that is caused by geometric graivty of a rotating celestial spheroid.), this theory represented by Einstein was falsified by the jury of his peers led by meteorologists of top ranks and files. Thereafter, any attempt nowaday to theorize on lower latitude atmospheric vortices with this rotational frame-dragging effect as a result of Earth's rotation with the fabric of spacetime that twists like a vortex would be canonically refuted. From the UVS perspective, the rotational frame-dragging effect with its equivalence principle based on spacetime concept is a valid theory in place of Coriolis effect, it has quantatively accounted for a differential force that in differential rotation it causes the perpetual momentum in air to cyclonically drive an atmospheric vortex on lower latitude. Einstein's general theory of relativity (GR, geometric theory of gravitation) in a simplest platform is consistent with the experimental data that are accurate in cosmology models, it accurately quantifies galactic gravity of a whirling galaxy in perpetual motion above a black hole with revolving stars interacting relatively with one and another in metric tensor of their gravitational fields with property in a geometry of space and time; GR with equivalence principle as the fundamental background concepts discreetly correlates as spacetime vortex model. At the age of fifteen Einstein wrote his first scientific work, "The Investigation of the State of Aether in Magnetic Fields", and he seems to have incorporated the concept of aether discreetly into his later research Einstein æther theory as a scalar field (spacetime continuum is ether-like) and accounts for the cause of geometric gravity with a cosmological constant (aka dark energy) of negative pressure. This was probably as a result of the "Carteisan Cosmology" founded with "Theory of Vortices" by Rene Descartes had been scientifically falsified on the basis that empty space is void of aether by Newton's Principia, this was further substantiated with the famous Michelson-Morley experiment (1887) that there was no aether wind and this conclusion could not be rejected. Presumably, Einstein therefore could not officially agree with the existence of luminiferous aether or the ether vortex motion concept.

Moreover, Einstein's universe was pounded left, right and center under peer pressure after Hubble's discovery on receding galaxies that consequently had dismissed his cosmological constant by scientific consensus, also misled by illusions (Based on Universal Vortical Singularity, see topics on complexly inversed illusions and time dilation.) that are counterintuitive, therefore his theories could not be cut out in a single model from quantum levels to cosmic levels. Hitherto, the questions remain unanswered in modern physics on how general relativity can be reconciled with the laws of quantum physics to produce a complete and self-consistent theory of quantum gravity that is consistence with gravity.

In the classical physics era when aether does not exist was the consensus, Einstein had relentless searched for a singularity theory of the physical universe, against all odds he had discreetly moved in the opposite direction of mainstream science with his spacetime vortex model, published as the general theory of relativity in 1916 it had then began the era of modern physics. In line with the scientific consensus that aether does not exist, he either had thought that space and time are distorted by gravitational forces of celestial objects as postulated with his geometric gravity concept, or in another likely scenario that in circumspection he ingeniously played with the duality of nature by introducing equivalence principle as the background concept of GR, in stealth he thus establishes his spacetime vortex model in a paradoxical manner that conforms with non-existence of aether. After all, space and time are two intrinsic characteristics of nature that could not be physically proven and they are discernable. Many in the past who had openly held the proposition that aether exists were either prosecuted, discredited, pushed aside or simply left high and dry, iconic characters whom had received such treaments include Rene Descartes, Nikola Tesla, Walter Russell, Paul Dirac, Hannes Alfven, etc. Maxwell equations were originally based on aether as a mechanical model, the original idea for Lorentz transformation was also based on aether that describes it like a Doppler effect. These theologians were forced to abandon the concept of aether-filled space and therefore their theories were reformed in mathematical constructs with different concepts of space that are void of aether. In the Newtonian era, if Einstein did not morph aether as spacetime, his theory of relativity would probably be completely dismissed as well.

Evidently, Einstein had held the belief that aether exists throughout his research and this was never let up unlike it is generally believed that he had eventually abandoned the hypothesis of an aether-filled Universe. Between a rock and a hard place with non-existence of aether could not be rejected, therefore Einstein could have morphed aether as spacetime continuum, in an interchanged manner the invariant space or invariant time with a variant aether were swapped with invariant aether and a variant spacetime continuum. He categorically mentioned "Recapitulating, we may say that according to the general theory of relativity space is endowed with physical qualities; in this sense, therefore, there exists an ether. According to the general theory of relativity space without ether is unthinkable; for in such space there not only would be no propagation of light, but also no possibility of existence for standards of space and time". He also categorically mentioned space is his measuring rod (invariant) and time is his measuring clock (invariant). In GR where aether is swapped with absolute space or absolute time, an ambiguity in circular logic would occur in linguistic manner and when aether is treated as an invariant scalar field therefore "this ether may not be thought of as endowed with the quality characteristic of ponderable media, as consisting of parts which may be tracked through time. The idea of motion may not be applied to it.". In this ingenious manner Einstein had avoided the onslaught from scientific consensus that was against any theory that propositioned the existence of aether. Any relativist who believes that space and time are variants, therefore the phenomena of transformations in relative motion of uniform velocity are real in symmetrical situation, symmetrical length contraction in special relativity is physical, gravitational field physically distorts space and time, active transformation of time is scientifically proven for time dilation effect in SR and gravitation time dilation in GR, and time travel is possible, he just needs to investigate the explanation by Einstein on time dilation effect in SR. It is clear that time dilation effect in SR is merely an optical illusion of relative motion in uniform velocity with symmetrical situation, and based on absolute space and time this could be extrapolated to clarify without any contradiction for the other postulations of Einstein's theory of relativity that are related to time dilation. Einstein was more famous for his formula E = mc², ironically this was most regretted by him at hindsight for bringing this knowledge of nuclear science to the world when it was not ready. Despite his contention on nuclear weapons should only be used for the sole purpose of maintaining deterrence for peace keeping of the world, his Mass-energy equivalence concept had led to the Manhattan Project for development of atomic bomb that was eventually used against Japan in WWII. Although this had effectively ended WWII and relieved millions from the peril of this world war, he envisioned it has great consequences for the world in the manner nuclear weapons was handled.
